Where the debris actually goes
HEPA air duct cleaning puts the duct system under negative pressure. Brushes and compressed air knock dust off the walls of the duct. The vacuum stream carries it to a HEPA collector instead of out the nearest register. Without that pressure, agitation just relocates the pile into the living room.
What comes out of a typical system
Expect dry dust, construction fines if you remodeled, pet hair at the returns, and the lint that slipped past a loose filter. We are not selling a jar of mystery sludge. You can see the material in the collector at the end of the job. Insulation fibers from a torn liner are a different finding, and we will point them out.
After the collector is full
Registers go back on, the system is checked for airflow, and the access we opened is sealed. A new filter belongs in the rack the same day. If you want the visit scoped before we roll a machine in, call (949) 992-3299.
